Mastercard chairman Ajay Banga to retire at end of 2021 By Reuters

(Reuters) – Mastercard Inc (NYSE:) said on Tuesday executive chairman Ajay Banga will retire on December 31 this year.

Payment processor Merit Janow (current lead independent director) will take over as the non-executive chairman effective January 1, 2022.
