WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Democrats in the U.S. Senate are navigating toward a vote next week on a bill to raise Washington’s borrowing authority and temporarily fund government agencies, No. Dick Durbin (Senate Democrat) said this on Wednesday.

Durbin did not speak to reporters and do not give any details about what Senate Democrats will do next, if the Republicans fail to block that bill. The House of Representatives passed it late Tuesday.
