South Korean Exchange Crackdown: BitMEX Joins Binance To Modify Its Services- South Korea moves to regulate crypto exchanges.

Furthermore, all Korean exchanges must register with the anti-money laundering division by September 24, according to Korean regulators. The regulators stated that any exchange failing to register with its anti-money laundering arm will cease operating in South Korea.
