Omar C is the CEO of ZB.com. He spent more than 10 years working in the telecom sector before switching to cryptocurrency and blockchain. Omar will speak at the World Blockchain Summit, Dubai.

Omar answered questions from the CoinQuora team to learn more about him and ZB.com. We also asked for his opinions on the industry. Without further ado, here’s the interview.

1. We need to know more about you. What’s your background?

Good morning, everybody. I’m Omar, currently is ZB.COM CEO from 2020, ZBG ex-CEO and Co-Founder. Prior to entering the crypto market, I had worked in software engineering at Ericsson (BS), later worked in overseas operations for 10 years with Huawei and was a cofounder of One Venture Capital.

2. What is your story? What’s your motivation?

While working for Huawei, I was able to live in many different countries, such as the Middle East and North Africa. I also had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Europe.
