WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Joe Biden on Tuesday urged U.S. lawmakers to pass both the infrastructure bill that has drawn support from Democrats and Republicans as well as legislation supporting his Build Back Better agenda, saying voters elected Democrats to act.
