Wall Street Opens Higher in Modest Rebound; Dow up 60 Pts By Investing.com

Investing.com — U.S. stock markets opened higher on Wednesday, in a modest rebound from their worst one-day loss in months on Tuesday. 

The early rebound was slower than that of index futures, which suggests market participants are still cautious, or even outright bearish as Washington DC’s political drama over the federal debt ceiling nears its climax.

By 9:40 AM ET (1340 GMT), the was up 66 points, or 0.2%, at 34,366 points. The was up 0.3% and the was up 0.3%.
