ZURICH (Reuters) -Credit Suisse has appointed company veterans Nitesh Patel and Roger Senteler as interim co-heads of group internal audit, Switzerland’s second-biggest bank told employees as it tries to recover from grave risk-management lapses.

Meddings wrote that Roger and Nitesh both have extensive experience as chief auditors in many areas of the front and back offices. He also has Board-level experience in Credit Suisse as they reported to respective legal entity boards in Switzerland, UK, and Switzerland.

Patel, who joined Credit Suisse in 2003, is now the chief auditor for change and third-party operations, technology.

Senteler joined Credit Suisse in 2016 from EY. He is now the chief auditor for global wealth management and international wealth management. In addition, he serves as the location head of audit in Switzerland.
