Enterprise software firm Informatica files for U.S. IPO By Reuters

(Reuters) – Informatica Inc, a software company that develops enterprise software for businesses, filed Friday for an initial public offer in the United States. This will allow for a more than six-year return to public markets after Informatica Inc was taken private.
