© Reuters. BENGALURU, (Reuters) – Oyo, an Indian hotel aggregator backed by SoftBank filed Friday for an initial public offer. It is the first domestic stock exchange listing of a hospitality company since 2019.
According to the company’s draft prospectus, dated September 30, it will offer a new issue of shares up to 70 million rupees ($942.8 Million) as well as an offer to sell up to 14.30 trillion rupees.
