However, which stock should you buy?. Microvast Holdings, Inc. (MVST), as well as EnerSys, Inc. (ENS), are two popular manufacturers of electric vehicle batteries. ENS is a manufacturer, marketer, distributor of industrial batteries, as well as related products such chargers, power equipment, battery accessories. The company also offers after-sales and customer support services for lead-acid batteries. MVST is a manufacturer of lithium-ion storage and vehicle battery systems. It develops and manufactures components for battery systems, including anode, cathode, separator, and electrolyte.

Biden included clean energy provisions in his infrastructure bill to address climate change. Biden’s administration announced that electric vehicle sales will be at 50% of all car sales by 2030. This will be a benefit to EV battery stocks, ENS and MVS. By 2027, the global electric vehicle market is forecast to expand at 6.6% CAGR. It will reach $82.20 Billion.
