Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.

They were the top performers at the session Israel Corp TASE:, which rose 3.46% (3470 points) to trade at 103880 by the close. The Liveperson (TASE) gained 2.84%, or 540 points, to close at 19540 ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd. (TASE) saw a 2.49% increase or 59 points, to 2429 by late trade.

These were the worst performers of the session. OPKO Health Inc (TASE): The close was marked by a drop of 1.78%, or 21 points. Shapir Engineering Industry TASE: dropped 1.69% (44 points) to finish at 2553. Perrigo was lower 1.65% (260 points) to 15530.

Stocks that are rising outnumbered those in decline on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange were 253 and 231 respectively, while 41 ended the same.

Crude oil was 0.69 percent higher at $75.72 per barrel for November delivery. Brent oil rose 0.82 or 1.05% to $79.13 per barrel in commodity trading. The December Gold Futures contract increased 0.24%, or 4.20, to $1761.20 an troy ounce.

USD/ILS decreased 0.16% from 3.2185 to 3.2185 while EUR/ILS fell 0.5% to 3.7311.

At 94.090, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.16%.
