Apple Watch Series 7 (the new iPhones, iPad Mini and Apple Watch Series 7) was officially announced Sept. 14, but Apple stated it would only ship it later in fall. Apple Watches usually launch at the same times as the new iPhones. This delay suggests that Apple has some supply limitations.

New Apple Watches have a bigger screen, charge faster and feature a chip. However, it does not offer the same new features for health as older models. For example, the Apple Watch Series 6 has blood oxygen monitoring.
