Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
The close of Saudi Arabia saw the stock rise 0.14%, reaching a 5-year record.
Taiba Holding Co., which gained 5.52% (or 1.90 points) to close at 36.35 at closing was the best performer of the session. CSJC Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co CSJC (SE) gained 3.93% (8.00 points) to finish at 211.60. Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. (SE:), was up 3.55%, or 1.05 points, to 30.60 late trade.
Yamamah Saudi Cement Co.(SE:) was among the worst-performing sessions. It fell by 4.40%, or 1.30 point to trade at 28.25 after the closing. All hail cement Ending at 15.68, Company (SE:), saw a decline of 3.80% (0.62 points). Najran Cement Company (SE;) dropped 3.47% (0.72 points) to 20.02.
The Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 129 percent to 67 percent, while 14 ends were unchanged.
