TUI to raise 1.1 billion euros in capital increase after strong summer By Reuters

LONDON, (Reuters) – Travel company TUI Group announced it would raise 1.1 million euros ($1.27billion) to fund its capital growth. This comes after it posted strong holiday bookings last summer.

TUI announced Wednesday that the Mordashov family was its biggest shareholder and would assume all rights related to the 32% of the company.
