Dapper Labs is targeting DAOs to acquire Brud
Dapper Labs bought virtual influencer company Brud, which is part of the $7.5bn team behind NBA Top Shot. Trevor McFedries was the CEO of Dapper Collective. This initiative will support communities building decentralized autonomous organizations (or DAOs) using the Flow blockchain.
Brud is well-known for creating social media avatars. Most notably, Lil Miquela (a fictional 19 year-old Robot who lives in Los Angeles and has three million Instagram followers).
