Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
The Copenhagen close added an additional 1.36%.
Ambu A/S, CSE: was the best performer of the session. It rose 5.58% (or 9.5) to close at 179.6. AP Moeller – Maersk / A/S B(CSE:), gained 2.61% to finish at 17470, while Orsted /S/ (CSE /:) increased 2.57% to 877.00 by 22.00 points in late trade.
These were the worst performers of the session. Vestas Wind Systems A/S, which dropped 1.59% (or 3.7 points) to trade at 229.7 by the close Rockwool International (CSE:) fell 1.14%, or 31 points, to finish at 2690 ISS A/S (CSE:) fell 1.11%, or 1.45 point to 129.00
The Copenhagen Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining stocks by 110 percent to 44, while 13 ends unchanged.
Crude oil was 0.79 more to reach $78.22/barrel for November delivery. Brent oil, which is available for December delivery, rose by 1.10%, or 0.89, to reach $81.97/barrel. Meanwhile, the December Gold Futures contract lost 0.12%, or 2.20, and traded at $1759.60 per troy ounce.
USD/DKK fell 0.06% at 6.4331 while EUR/DKK rose by 0.03% at 7.4405.
US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.8% at 94.105.
