Reliance Retail to launch 7-Eleven stores in India By Reuters

BENGALURU (Reuters), Reliance Industries’ retail arm Reliance Retail Ventures Limited reported on Thursday that the company has signed a franchise agreement for 7-Eleven Inc in India to start convenience stores.

Future Retail announced Tuesday that it had ended its franchise agreement.

Reliance announced that the opening of 7-Eleven’s first Mumbai store in Mumbai will take place on October 9.
