WASHINGTON (Reuters] – The U.S. appeals court reinstated Texas’s abortion ban, allowing for a significant setback for advocates of abortion rights.

U.S. Court of Appeals in the Fifth Circuit, an intermediate appeals courts, ruled against a lower court judge’s Oct. 6 order that halted the enforcement of the law.
