In this morning’s trade alert, I discussed why the overall environment for the S&P 500 (SPY) is improving despite the turbulent price action. The intermediate-term outlook is becoming more bullish, even though I expect a retest the previous lows. These are a significant change from the negative conditions that prevailed throughout the year for mid- and small-cap stocks. Our portfolio is currently enjoying nice gains because of strength in energy. But I think we’ll see more gains. In today’s commentary, I want to make my case for why Q4 will be so bullish.
