The 2021-22 season for the National Hockey League started on Tuesday. The National Hockey League also launched its 2021-22 season with ESPN and Turner Sports’ $1 billion media rights package.

TNT launched its national doubleheader package on Wednesday. The offer also had crossover appeal.
