U.S. appeals court rules to keep Texas abortion ban in effect By Reuters

© Reuters. (Reuters] – On Thursday, a U.S. appeals court ruled that Texas’s restrictive abortion laws will continue in effect. The law prohibits abortions as early as six week into a pregnancy.
In the Fifth Court of Appeal of the United States, it was ruled that the law may remain in effect pending further “expedited” proceedings in the highly publicized case.
