U.S. should not have charged former Boeing chief technical pilot -lawyer By Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – The former chief technical officer at Boeing (NYSE:), should not be charged with fraud. According to his lawyer, he was not responsible for two deadly 737 MAX crashes which resulted in the deaths of 346 people.

The grand jury in Texas indicted Mark Forkner (49) on six counts related to scheming and defrauding Boeing’s U.S. customers. This was to secure tens or millions of dollars for Forkner. David Gerger from Forkner, Forkner lawyer said that Mark Forkner did not cause this tragedy. He did not lie and should not face trial.
