U.S. to lift travel ban on Nov. 8, allowing vaccinated international visitors into the country

Friday’s White House statement stated that international travelers who are vaccinated will be allowed into the U.S. beginning Nov. 8. This would lift a ban on visiting the US from other EU countries, the UK and other nations.

In November, the White House stated that it would lift travel restrictions first imposed by Trump’s administration during the pandemic. Biden had previously stated that Covid vaccinations would be required for all visitors to allow them to enter.
