Former security services executives plead guilty to rigging bids for U.S. security contracts By Reuters

(Reuters) – Former employees of security company G4S Secure Solutions NV pleaded guilt to antitrust criminal charges stemming in their participation to rig bids and fix prices to allocate customers for defense-related services contracts.

The DOJ stated in a statement that Bart Verbeeck (ex-Director of Sales) and Robby van Mele (ex-Director of Operations), admitted to conspiring to allocate security service contracts and fix prices for firms bidding to purchase them.
