Germany stocks mixed at close of trade; DAX down 0.72% By Investing.com

Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index falling 0.72%. The index increased 0.09% at the close and fell 0.12%.

They were the top performers at the session HelloFresh SE (DE) climbed 1.88% or 1.52 to trade at 82.4 at the closing. Infineon Technologies AG NA O.N. (DE) gained 1.21%, or 0.450 points, to finish at 37.530. Vonovia SE(DE:), was up 0.90% (or 0.48 points) to 53.84 late trade.

These were the worst performers of the session. Porsche Automobil Holding SE(DE:), which dropped 3.51%, or 3.160 points, to trade at 86.770 at the closing. Covestro AG (DE:), fell 3.29%, or 1.920 points, to close at 56.360. (DE:), was at 192.46 with a drop of 3.14%, or 6.24 points.

Top performers in the MDAX were Befesa SA (DE:), which rose by 4.41%, to 68.70 Hypoport AG (DE:), which rose 3.29% to settle in at 495.400, and Rational AG(DE:), which gained 3.26% until it closed at 818.00.

They were among the most disappointing. Aixtron SE (DE) was lower by 6.74% at 20.960 in the late trade. Gerresheimer AG was also down at 78.200, while Stroeer SE was at 72.650.

The TecDAX’s top performers were Nemetschek AG O.N. O.N. Eckert & Ziegler AG O.N. O.N. (DE) which closed at 37.530 with a gain of 1.21%

Aixtron SE(DE:), which fell 6.7% to 20.960 late trade in the last month, was among the worst-performing. Morphosys AG O.N. (DE:), which fell 3.54% to settle on 37.880 Telefonica Deutschland Holding AG (DE:), which fell 1.77% to 2.3326 by the end.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 396 to 294 while 76 ended the same.

Shares in Nemetschek AG O.N. (DE): rose to all-time highs. It climbed 2.55%, or 2.280, to 91.700. Morphosys AG O.N. shares. (DE:) dropped to 5-year lows, down 3.54%.

The December delivery of Gold Futures was lower by 0.09%, or 1.55, to $1766.75 per troy ounce. Other commodities traded included Crude oil, which fell 0.17 or 0.22 to reach $81.56/barrel, and December Brent oil, which fell 0.52% (or 0.44) to trade at $84.42/barrel.

EUR/USD surged 0.13% to 1.1613 and EUR/GBP climbed 0.31% at 0.8461.

US Dollar Index Futures were down 0.1% at 93.927.
