The Bay Shore, N. Y.-based company operates through two segments—Complex Machining and Turbine Engine Components.

Stock has been in a slump for almost ten years now. Its price fell 70.5% during the last five years. AIRI’s price has dropped 7.3% year-to-date. However, the price has risen 10.7% in five days.

Aerospace suppliers such as AIRI faced a tough 2020. Last year saw sales drop by 30%-50% for commercial aircraft portfolios, and a decrease of 60%-70% for larger commercial aerospace markets. But, large suppliers of defense assets were partially protected by defense contracts.
