SEOUL (Reuters). – Battery manufacturer Samsung (KS.) SDI Co Ltd has signed a memorandum to create an electric vehicle joint venture. According to South Korea’s Yonhap news agency, Tuesday’s report cited industry sources.

Yonhap revealed that Yonhap and the other companies are planning to create an EV battery manufacturing plant in the United States.
