Two top executives exit SoftBank-backed ride sharing firm Ola ahead of IPO By Reuters

BENGALURU – According to a memo from Reuters, Ola India’s Chief Financial Officer Swayam Salbh and Chief Operating Officer Gaurav porwal have resigned.

These departures occur at the same time that reports have surfaced about Ola’s plan to raise as much as $1 billion via an initial public offer in the coming months.

Reuters requested comment from the company, but it did not respond immediately.
