Luxury demand lifts L’Oreal’s third-quarter sales -Breaking

PARIS (Reuters). L’Oreal reported Thursday a stronger-than-expected growth in revenue for the third quarter, thanks to strong sales of its luxury brands.

French-owned brands Lancome and Armani make their cosmetics. The group reported 13.1% growth in sales from July through September.

This was better than the consensus forecasts of analysts, cited by Deutsche Bank (DE) Around 8%
