U.S. Supreme Court to hear challenge to Texas abortion ban -Breaking

(Reuters) – The U.S. Supreme Court accepted a Friday challenge from President Joe Biden and providers of abortion to a Texas restrictive law. It imposes a nearly total ban on abortion.

The justices deferred any decision regarding a request from the administration to ban the law, while litigation proceeds.
