Supply chain disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic have impacted production and negatively influenced global supply chains. Jerome Powell (Federal Reserve chair) stated that supply chain challenges worldwide could persist through 2022. In the short term, companies that provide supply chain management solutions should expect a strong increase in their demand. Future Market Insights reports that global supply chain management will see a 11.4% growth rate between 2021-2031. R as well as XPO can both benefit.

R has experienced a 13% increase over the previous month. XPO, however, has only returned 2.1%. Also, R’s 20.4% gain over the past six months is significantly higher than XPO’s negative return. Moreover, R is the clear winner with a 24.4% gain versus XPO’s negative return in terms of the past three months’ performance.
