General Electric posted earnings per share in the range of $0.57 to $18.43 billion. Investing.com polled analysts and predicted EPS at $0.4342 for revenue $19.28B.
General Electric shares have risen 21% since the start of the year. However, they are still 8.69% below their 52-week high of $115.32 on March 9. They are outperforming the S&P Global 100 which is up 17.16% from the start of the year.

General Electric reports on an earnings beat achieved by ASML ADR October 20. They reported EPS at $4.97 for revenue $6.1B. This compares to the forecasts of EPS at $4.61 for revenue $6.19B.
Honeywell beat all expectations Friday, posting a third-quarter EPS of $2.02 on $8.47B in revenue. This compares to the $1.99 forecasted for $8.66B revenue.
