GM to resume limited production at EV plant in Michigan -Breaking

This plant, which produces the Chevrolet Bolt and has been shut down since August, was announced by General Motors Co.
August saw the U.S.’s largest automaker increase its Bolt recall by more than 140,000 to repair battery modules and reduce fire hazards. GM’s Orion Assembly plant in Michigan, which builds the Bolt, is idled through the end of October. GM announced that the restricted production would begin on November 1st to improve battery production efficiency and logistics for supply chain repairs.
