Novartis more bullish on Cosentyx, Entresto sales as Q3 profit rises -Breaking

(Reuters] Novartis’s adjusted operating profit for the third quarter rose 10% due to an increase in peak sales of its most valuable pharmaceuticals.

Adjusted for specialty items, operating profit rose 10% to $4.47 Billion, driven by increased sales of Entresto and Entresto, which treat heart failure and arthritis.

Novartis announced Tuesday that it raised its peak sales guidance to Cosentyx at minimum $7 billion, and Entresto at least $5.0 million in a statement.
