BERLIN (Reuters). German exports for October fell by the most since February 2021, as the sector was affected by raw material shortages. The Ifo economic institute stated Tuesday.

From 20.5 points one month ago, export expectations dropped to 13% in October. The industries most affected include car manufacture, chemical equipment and electrical equipment.

It said that exports to the furniture and food industries will remain stable.
