French fashion company SMCP Q3 sales rise, reiterates 2021 target -Breaking

REUTERS/Benoit TessierPARIS (Reuters) – French fashion brand SMCP said Wednesday that it saw a slight increase in third-quarter sales from a previous year, although still below its pre-pandemic 2019 levels.
The company also stated that it is confident in reaching the overall goal of 1 Billion Euros ($1.2B) in 2021 sales.
SMCP’s 3rd quarter sales increased to 271.7 Million Euros, compared with 248.4 Mio. euros a year ago.
Isabelle Guichot CEO of SMCP stated, “Looking ahead, after having witnessed a positive trend across all market during the first weeks October, we feel confident in our ability to reach 1 million euros in full year 2021 sales.”
