WARSAW, (Reuters) – UOKiK in Poland is investigating claims against Glovo and Uber Eats (NYSE:). This was after customers claimed they were having problems getting their money back or that they were being charged more for food than what they originally received.

Uber Eats, privately owned Glovo and Glovo didn’t immediately reply to email requests for comment.

Uber Eats and Glovo, mobile applications that allow customers to order delivery from certain stores or food at their homes via their smartphones, have been very popular in the recent months.

In a statement, Tomasz Chrostny (head of UOKiK), stated that they closely watch the application practices and consumers’ complaints.

UOKiK stated that any proceeding could lead to a 10% penalty on annual income.
