Uber Eats and Glovo, mobile applications that allow customers to order delivery from certain stores or food at their homes via their smartphones, have been very popular in the recent months.
In a statement, Tomasz Chrostny (head of UOKiK), stated that they closely watch the application practices and consumers’ complaints.
