G20 leaders must push for WTO conference to be a success

REUTERS/Denis BalibouseROME (Reuters).- The head of World Trade Organization (WTO), said Friday that leaders from countries meeting in Rome at the G20 summit must press for the WTO major ministerial conference to take place next month.
Ngozi Okonjo Iweala, Director General of WTO said that he hoped that G20 leaders would speak with trade ministers in order to make the conference a success at Rome’s LUISS university. This was just a day ahead of the summit that brought together some 200 countries from the most wealthy and emerging nations.
