A new crypto fund was launched by two blockchain entrepreneurs to help bootstrap promising Web 3 startups. This sends a clear signal that venture capital is interested in the next generation of decentralized Internet builders.

SuperLayer was unveiled by Kevin Chou, Mahesh Vellaki, and a crypto venture company that builds Web 3 projects on the Rally network. This crypto-social platform allows creators to launch their own digital currencies. Venture studios will create projects internally before they recruit product managers who can further grow the company.
