U.S. administers over 420 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines

(Reuters) – As of Saturday morning, 518,701,225 COVID-19 doses had been distributed in the United States.

These numbers are higher than the 419.020.753 doses of vaccine that the CDC reported had been given by October 29. This is in addition to the 514.925.015 doses.

According to the agency, 221,221,467 individuals had at least received one dose and 192.244,927 were complete vaccinated by 6:00 AM. ET Saturday

Two-dose vaccinations are included in the CDC tally Moderna (NASDAQ:) and Pfizer/BioNTech, as well as Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:)’s one-shot vaccine.

A booster dose has been given to 17.7 millions people Pfizer (NYSE:), Moderna or Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine. Booster doses from Moderna and Johnson & Johnson were authorized by the U.S. health regulator on Oct. 20.
