U.S. to publish rules on private-sector COVID-19 vaccinations, testing in days -Breaking

© Reuters. WASHINGTON (Reuters), The Biden Administration announced Monday that a proposed rule requiring private-sector employers employing 100 employees or more to mandate regular COVID-19 testing or vaccines will be released in the coming days.
On Monday, Labor Department announced that the White House Office of Management and Budget had concluded its regulatory review of this rule. It is also known as the emergency temporary standard. In September, the White House stated that the rule would apply to more than 80 millions private sector employees.
