Huawei to sell key server division due to U.S. blacklisting- Bloomberg News -Breaking

(Reuters] – Huawei Technologies Co. has begun talks to purchase its x86 Server business following the U.S. ban on the company. Intel Corp Bloomberg News reports Tuesday, (NASDAQ:)

According to reports, at least one buyer is expected from the Chinese government, and the Chinese telecoms company will sell the entire server business.

According to the report there were many potential buyers both from the public and the private sector in the recent months.

Bloomberg reported that Henan Information Industry Investment Co Ltd is involved, along with an asset manager company representing Hubei Provincial Government, in these talks.

Huawei refused to respond when Reuters contacted them.
