Investing.com — Palantir Technologies Inc (NYSE:) revealed Thursday that it has entered into a strategic partnership with AlixPartners, bumping its shares up 1%.

Palantir is a data analytics company that specializes in data analysis. The partnership will combine AlixPartner’s consultancy services with Foundry software to assist companies in addressing “some of most difficult and crucial challenges confronting modern enterprises.” To help companies navigate changes in customer behavior, disruptions to supply chains, and changing delivery patterns, the two firms will first focus their efforts on the media, aerospace and retail industries.

Palantir shares hit a new high of $26.52 just after the opening.
