Todd Emmer, Darren Soto are Congressmen Sent a bipartisan letter to Securities & Exchange Commission Chair Gary Gensler on Wednesday, strongly questioning why the agency has denied approval for the creation of a spot ETF while allowing ETFs to begin trading.

A spot ETF holds actual commodities (in this instance bitcoin), while a futures ETF funds holds futures contracts that buy or sell commodity at a specific price.
