Brazil’s Embraer reports net loss in Q3, revises free cash flow guidance -Breaking

SAO PAULO (Reuters – Brazilian planemaker Embraer has reported a net loss of 179.7 millions reais ($32.08million) for the third quarter. This is a decrease from the adjusted net loss in the year prior, which was 797.5 million reais. However, Embraer noted that it’s free cash flow “significantly improved” compared to 2020.
According to the company, its guidance on free cash flow for 2021 has been revised up to $100m or more from negative 150 million.
According to EBITDA, the adjusted earnings before interest tax, depreciation, amortization (EBITDA), grew from 40.7 million reais in the previous year to 410.7 million.
