U.S. administers 429.4 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines –CDC -Breaking

(Reuters) – The United States had administered 429.442,508 COVID-19 doses to the nation as of Saturday morning and distributed 533,019,545 doses.

These numbers are higher than the 428,006,540 doses of vaccine administered Nov. 4, from 531,287.645 doses, according to the CDC.

It stated that 223,245,121 persons had been given at least one dose of vaccines, and that 193,627.929 individuals were completely vaccinated as per the agency’s records. This was in addition to 2234,5121 who received at most one dose. ET Saturday

Two-dose vaccinations are included in the CDC tally Moderna (NASDAQ:) and Pfizer/BioNTech,, as well as Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:)’s one-shot vaccine.

A booster dose has been given to approximately 23.2 million people. Pfizer (NYSE:), Moderna or Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine.

Booster doses from Moderna and Johnson & Johnson were authorized by the U.S. health regulator on Oct. 20.
