REUTERS/Dado RuvicWASHINGTON, (Reuters) – A U.S. Federal Appeals Court issued a stay Saturday stopping the Biden Administration’s attempts to mandate that workers in U.S. businesses with more than 100 employees get vaccinated for COVID-19. The court cited “grave statutory or constitutional” problems with the rule.
Following numerous legal challenges by Republican-led states against the new rule which was due to go into effect Jan 4, it has been ruled by the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
