© Reuters. India stock prices higher after close of trade.Investing.com – India stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
NSE added 0.85% at the end, while index gained 0.80%.
Titan Company Ltd. (NS) were the top performers during the session. They rose by 4.32%, or 105.00 points, to trade at 25,36.75 at close. During this time, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (NS) gained 4.31%, or 5.80 point to reach 140.45. Bajaj Finserv Ltd was up 4.12% (or 725.75) to 18319.75 late trade.
They were also the worst performers of the session. IndusInd Bank Ltd. (NS) fell 10.76%, or 127.95 point to trade at 1061.15 by the closing. Divi’s Laboratories Ltd. NS: fell 5.98%, or 311.35 point to close at 4896.70 Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (NS 🙂 fell 1.37% to 860.85, or 12.00 point.
BSE Sensex 30’s top performers were Titan Company Ltd. (BO,) rising 4.29% at 2536.90 and UltraTech Cement Ltd. (BO), which went up 4.20% at 8208.00. Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (BO) gained 4.15% at close at 18326.85.
The worst performers were IndusInd Bank Ltd. (BO:) which was down 10.71% to 1061.45 in late trade, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (BO:) which lost 1.57% to settle at 859.25 and State Bank Of India (BO:) which was down 1.38% to 523.15 at the close.
The India National Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining ones by 947-923. 51 was unchanged. On the Bombay Stock Exchange however, 17546 rose while 1522 fell, while 186 was unchanged.
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (NS:), shares rose 52 weeks to new highs. This was a rise of 4.31%, or 5.80 to 140.45. UltraTech Cement Ltd. (BO) shares rose to their highest levels ever; they gained 4.20%, or 330.65 to 80208.00.

The December delivery of Gold Futures was up 0.1%, or 1.95, to $1818.75 per troy ounce. In commodities trading, crude oil for December delivery rose 1.4% or 1.17, to $82.44 per barrel. The January Brent oil contract increased 1.18%, or 0.98, to trade at $83.72 per barrel.
USD/INR decreased 0.19% from 74.032 to 74.032. EUR/INR fell 0.17 to 85.6430.
