U.S. House 1/6 committee issues subpoenas to Trump associates -Breaking

(Reuters) – The U.S. Congress committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on Capitol issued subpoenas to request documents and testimony from former President Donald Trump’s close associates, including campaign aides.

These included William Stepien who managed Trump’s 2020 election re-election campaign, Jason Miller who advised the campaign, Angela McCallum who served as national executive assistant, John Eastman who is an attorney for Trump, Michael Flynn who briefly served as Trump’s national security adviser, and Bernard Kerik who was a former New York Police Commissioner.
