Argo Blockchain files for $57.5 million offering of secured notes to fund Texas mining facility -Breaking

Argo Blockchain, an international crypto mining firm, will fund part of the equipment and building of its 800-megawatt West Texas data center through senior notes.
Argo is listed in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Monday filing. PlanTo offer $57.5million worth 8.75% Senior Unsecured Notes, which will mature Nov. 30, 2026. According to the company, it plans to use proceeds for crypto mining rigs in Texas and construction costs.
